Can I return my item?
All of our products are made to order especially for you. However, if you want to return an item, please send us a message within 14 days with clear photos and we'll be happy to make things right.
Please notice that we can offer a refund only after we have received the item back in its original condition.
When will my item ship?
Our orders are shipped directly from our print providers located in Europe and the US. Items usually ship within 2 days and you'll receive a tracking number.
I would like to apply a design to a different item, is it possible?
The items you see in our catalog are the ones that can be ordered. However, if you have requests for new designs or you would like a specific design applied to a different style etc., just send us a message and we'll try to make it happen!
